Its been a chilly week in Melbourne and we are being reminded that Winter is still here for a while longer!

But… just when we really start feeling the blues we get exciting news.. Several new colours accross the range of Alpaca Yarns of New Zealand have arrived and we are THRILLED.

So this newsletter is dedicated to our new colours in squishy and soft alpaca yarns plus new and existing kits online to enjoy.

Starting with one of our store favourites and the ever popular Indiecita Baby brushed 14 ply. We have welcomed 2 new shades in this yarn and trying to capture them has not been an easy task. Both of these colours are spectacular and the camera (and screen) just doesn’t do them justice. Known as Lilac Ice and Deep Cherry they will be amazing as garments, blankets or accessories.. Can you resist?? We think our long standing baby brushed alpaca throw kit would look amazing in either of these new colours.

Next is the absolutely delicious yarn “Halo” . Halo is a relatively new yarn from Alpaca Yarns and we have already been graced with 6 incredible new colours. We just know the striped throw will be amazing in the new colours but we also have this squishy “cloud nine” cowl kit available, it uses just two balls so you can try the yarn and see for yourself just how amazing it is, you will literally be on cloud nine wearing this ..

We are also super excited to have 5 new colours in the Indiecita Easy Wash DK Alpaca. This yarn is so soft and squishy. Its great for babys, adults, accessories.. anything.. and besides being so squishy its also easy care ! Designed to be machine washed.. so you can make your garments knowing that they will be easy to care for.

We’ve made a kit for this gorgeous cable scarf and beanie. This is an easy cable knit, fun to make and a great gift idea.

and last but certainly not least we have 2 new colours in the Easy Wash Sox. Like the DK this sock yarn is easy care and machine washable, Perfect ! Warm and super soft socks are such a popular item to knit or gift. What a great idea for your favourite knitter as we start thinking about Christmas!
