Puddle / Street Lamp / House Sparrow
A few days ago I was walking around when I suddenly got the feeling that there is no significant difference between me, the puddle of water on my left, the street lamp on my right and the house sparrow eating a french fry in front of me. Everything comes into being through dependent origination. Sometimes it’s me, sometimes it’s a puddle and sometimes it’s a house sparrow eating processed food. Do you often see house sparrows where you live? Their chirps and calls are sometimes transcribed as “Philip!" — That’s pretty funny.
