First of all, wow July sure was a month! I had a lot of big life event news pile on top of me all at once so things got super busy at the very end there. Traveled out of state twice in the same week! So needless to say I’m exhausted, behind on a few projects, but still working hard when I have the energy.

Firstly, Runaway Drakaina is remaining on hiatus until I get things back in order. I have 3 pages finished and up on Patreon, but I’d like to have a few more ready for the public facing website’s buffer before I hit publish. Plus, I have all my other projects demanding I hit their much closer deadlines, so RD can wait another month or so. I’ll make a new email when I can officially say its returning!

Secondly, my short comic I’ve talked about before 1) finally has a name and 2) has a release date! I’ll be selling The Researcher and the Dragon at the SpiderForest hosted WE HEART WEBCOMICS digital comics fair! Get hyped and learn more about the fair at their bsky!

Look forward to a 23 page little meet cute about Marta the researcher making an amazing discovery when she runs into Steel the dragon!

Next on the docket, the monthly sticker club is the second victim of my compacted end of July schedule. I have the sketch done but I have yet to line or color it. I’m hoping to get it done soon. I’ll try to make sure the September sticker is also finished on schedule, so that’s 2 stickers to work on this month. Wish me luck!

Lastly, I just went to the Goblin Guild Bazaar this weekend on August 1st, and it was a blast! Big thanks to Goblin Guild for organizing it and to my table partner Mossy Stone Media for being super helpful. My other August event is coming up in a few weeks, DragonFlight GameCon from Aug 21-23 in Bellevue! I’ll be selling all my usual goods + some exclusively discounted commissions for individuals or full party groups of adventurers/gamers :)
