Windows bug fixes and new installer

Hello lovely Urania users! I’ve found and fixed several issues with the 1.0.1 version of Urania on Windows. The full details are below, however, if you are running Urania on Windows you can uninstall the version you have then download and install the new one from https://urania.app/pages/download/ to get the new goodness.

Bugs fixed (Windows only):

• Fixed crash where application fails to start on some machines (space character in install path)
• Fixed crash on 32 bit Windows
• Fixed planets jittering in the wheel when changing time at slow speeds
