Starting out 2025 with a bunch of shows!
Hi everybody!
I have upcoming shows in FOUR cities! Most of them are in NYC, but I’ll also be going to Philly, San Fran and L.A.! And almost all of these are livestreamed, if you are far away from those places, or just prefer watching stuff at home or on your devices.
CONNOR RATLIFF presents THE ACTING CLASS begins a 3-city/2-coast tour at the end of the month, starting out in NYC (1/29 at UCB) then moving out west for SF Sketchfest (1/31) and concluding in Los Angeles (2/3 at Dynasty Typewriter)! I’m hoping to take this show someplace new every month, and if that works out, maybe do a more extensive tour in 2026.

OTHER SHOWS THIS MONTH:
1/11 AND SCENE • 9pm • CsZ Philadelphia

Philly actors are given a scene & learn their lines; NYC improvisers are given nothing & must make it work.
1/17 at UCBNY: ASSSSCAT (7pm) followed by The Stepfathers (9pm)

Back-to-back shows on a Friday night at UCBNY!
1/20 AND SCENE • 7pm • Caveat NYC

Once a month, I get to do one scene in this show, and then I get to watch the other 4 scenes, which is a big part of the reason I do it. It is always fun!
1/12, 1/19, 1/26 Raaaatscraps • 7:30pm • Caveat NYC

Almost every Sunday night since NYC re-opened after lockdown, I’ve been lucky to be a part of this show. Come see some of NYC's best improvisers + a guest monologist have a fine time, in-person or livestream!
THE GEORGE LUCAS TALK SHOW in SAN FRANCISCO & LOS ANGELES
GLTS is returning to the West Coast for its annual pilgrimage to SF Sketchfest & Dynasty Typewriter! Will “drunk George” make another San Fran appearance? Will there be surprise guests?

You can find all things GLTS here. Also, our final show at Sketchfest will be a live reading of the Star Wars Holiday Special featuring an all-star cast!
PODCAST
And for those of you who occasionally ask, “when are you going to do another PODCAST?” — here is a reminder that the 2nd season of TINY DINOS is more than halfway finished. We are taking a couple of weeks off after our two-in-a-row holiday specials, but we will be back with new episodes later in January.

Another answer to a recent question: “Is the S2 plotline about the podcast needing to find a new network when this season is done a real thing, or is it a bit?”
The answer is: IT IS NOT A BIT. We need a new home for the podcast, going forward. Hyperobject Industries has been great, and they made Seasons 1 & 2 possible, but they decided to stop making podcasts and we are a podcast, so that includes US. James III and I have had so much fun doing this, but we really feel like we are just getting started, and hope to continue making episodes for as long as it continues to be enjoyable and exciting. If you are enjoying Tiny Dinos, please help us spread the word about it. Rate, review, tell your friends. Maybe buy a piece of merch and wear it around? We feel like the pod is a really well-kept secret at this point. Did we doom ourselves by building secrecy into our premise?
Okay, that’s the news about shows and things!
Happy New Year!
