Introducing 🌜Late Night Breakdowns β€” Computing for Designers video series πŸŽ₯

Computing for Designers

Happy Tuesday, everyone, and thank you for signing up for this newsletter. I know updates have been sparse, but we kicked off the first beta cohort this past weekend and I'm learning a lot about how to teach!

🧠 I've always enjoyed making breakdown or explanation documents and videos on concepts (like this Framer Coding Mental Model breakdown I made 2 years ago)

πŸ‘€ Yesterday, I stumbled across an interesting example on Twitter that I felt could help cement a concept we discussed in the first workshop β€” "mapping" β€” or taking one range of numbers and converting it to another.

πŸŽ₯ So, here's a late night, semi-delirious, Late Night Breakdown of the Apple Pay Cash gradient dot microinteraction, complete with WACKY yt thumbnail... !

🐣 I won't ask you to like and subscribe, but if it was helpful and you want to retweet it, I would be very thankful :-)

For folks who are awaiting a future workshop session β€” I hope to have more news about that after we wrap up this first cohort in a few weeks and reassess if the format's working πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™€οΈ
