Call for Projects - FIAT/IFTA Media Studies Grant

The Media Studies Commission of the International Federation of Television Archives FIAT/IFTA is looking to commission small-scale research projects related to one or more of the following core themes:

• audiovisual archives and societal challenges;
• historiographical contributions to archive-based media research;
• collaborative practices in archive-based media research;
• regional media histories.

The Media Studies Grant is a funding scheme that aims to promote archive-based research and ensure of the valorisation of scientific knowledge for archival practice. Researchers at all levels in their career are encouraged to apply.
