Comix Action at the Nakba 78 march in Brooklyn and the BK Pride Comic Con!
Hey, friends! Comix Action is participating in two (count ‘em, two!) events in Brooklyn over the next few weeks! Please do come join us!
First, on Saturday, May 16, we’re joining the Nakba 78 protest in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. To march with our contingent, meet us at 1:50 pm at 5th Avenue and Bay Ridge Avenue! And check out the video here!

Second, Comix Action will be at the BK Pride Comic Book Fair on Saturday, June 6! Comix Action members Jay Edidin, Tea Foughner, and Regine Sawyer will be on the “Activate Your Activism” panel at 12 noon.
Jay will also be on a journalism panel with the great Heidi MacDonald and there’ll be a number of other awesome panels and events - as well as an afterparty at Anyone Comics with drag and burlesque!
And it’s FREE!

And one other piece of exciting news - Comix Action is now an official coalition partner of No Kings! You can see us in the list here, under “C,” natch! You can find out about upcoming No Kings events on their Mobilize page - tonight they’re holding a “Good Trouble Mass Call: Solidarity with the South” zoom call. Feel free to check it out!
Thanks so much and see ya soon!
