#25 - September Edition: Look! It's on time!

Hey there!

I finally got to sit down and get writing this before the first of the month so I am going to get right into it so let's get it going.

The Podcast

I'm trying to get two slots filled and guests have been invited. The latest episode has been released with Paul Boag on the Front End Nerdery YouTube channel account and published on your podcast app platform of choice! September is coming together real soon so stay tuned for that announcement!

Conference Speaking

I got to speak at CodePaLOUsa which was a great time and got to see a lot of old friends and make new friends along the way.

Awesome Finds

Meryl Evans once again knocks it out of the park with a great article with "Companies: Get Started with Accessibility and Hiring People with Disabilities". Meryl has a great article and it's a great read. Go read it today!

Alex Trost and Cassie Evans got together for a stream on A11y & Responsivity with GSAP over at Frontend Horse. I've been peeking a little at GSAP and the accessibility of it all and animation, so this will make a great resource for me to watch later on. Bookmark it now!

Thoughts

Not much as far as thoughts go other than take the time for yourself and protect not only your mental health but your time away from the computer and knowing when to step away. I've been forgetting to do so as of late and it has shown. Don't overload and overburden yourself with too much work.
