2022, I Hardly Knew Ya.

Accessibility and Lobstah Rolls

Hey there!

I wanted to personally thank each of you that subscribe to the newsletter. I really don’t look at the numbers or the metrics, but I know there are a few of you that subscribe. So thank you. I appreciate you.

2022

I wrote about my 2022 and hope you’ll stay tuned for the hijinx in 2023. There will be plenty more and if I can remember, perhaps some editions will be from the road while I’m out speaking at conferences.

2023

There are 5 goals I have planned for 2023. I plan on hitting all these goals:

  1. Speak at more conferences and a few repeat conferences I loved to have the honor of speaking at in 2022.
  2. Transition out of accessibility and into Developer Relations. Accessibility will always be a priority for me, so I am not “leaving” the space. Just less auditing and remediation.
  3. Write more on my blog.
  4. Travel to Australia.
  5. One more trip to London. Conference or not.

Finally…

I plan to keep this monthly but you can follow my accounts on Mastodon and Twitter because the podcast will be entering its third season and I am excited to have Homer Gaines as my co-host. Now to just get some sponsors!

Have a great rest of 2022, enjoy the last couple of days and have a safe and happy new year and 2023!
