Today there is no regularly scheduled newsletter but I wanted to share a few short announcements.
The amazing Holly Whitaker interviewed me on her very cool new podcast co-regulation and the episode is out now. We talk about leaving behind 80k followers on Instagram, surviving a mental health crisis, living rurally, and the true honor and gift that it is to love and be in partnership with a trans woman.
Over the years Holly and I have found ourselves not seeing eye to eye on topics related to recovery, and yet we always find our way on the path. To me this is true companionship, and it was a gift to be included in the first season of her podcast. Every guest is amazing. Give it a listen.
