Dear Reader,
I am beaming in live to you from day twenty seven of my menstrual cycle. For those of you who don’t know we lovingly call this “week four” and by lovingly I mean as I suffer I whisper “there better not be a week five” in the way that sometimes my cycle isn’t regular. Generally day twenty two until whenever I bleed is a sort of mental health hell that I will describe as best I can.
I’d love to someday say I have the solutions, but for now I’ll share what has helped and what hasn’t. And an update on what the hell happened to my running practice.
