Dear Reader,
I wake up today with a devastated heart. The famine and genocide in Gaza, the sweeping of The Pines in Northern Michigan, bills being passed to erase gender affirming healthcare for trans people. I know that when I come to the page it all makes more sense. Today however feels like little really does.

Something that has helped my nervous system have greater capacity for the world’s collapse and despair has been my choice to use a phone that has no wifi, social media, or email. I wrote about making the switch from an iPhone to the Wisephone by Techless here.
It was an eye opening few months and ultimately this past week I decided to return to the universe of the iPhone which also links up with my return to using social media. I couldn’t be happier, and I thought I would share how it is affecting my business, self esteem, and creating more ease in my life.
