It will be held at Portia’s Café 4428 Indianola Ave, Columbus, OH, on October 21st from 6 to 8 PM.

Please RSVP to roger.wilkens999@gmail.com, since we have limited capacity.

Sponsored by The Center for the Creation of Cooperation, and The Wellbeing Cooperative.

Co-op Columbus Updates

Following up on our planning session from July (sorry for the delay!), small groups have been hard at work on organizing a solidarity fair for early 2026, as well as putting together a Co-op 101 presentation that we can begin to offer to our community. If you have any interest in or questions about these projects, please reach out!

Union Co-op Symposium

Co-op Cincy is hosting the 2025 Union Co-op Symposium on October 17th and 18th.

In a moment when so many systems are breaking down, cooperatives are proving that another way forward is possible. The Union Co-op Symposium, hosted by Co-op Cincy and 1worker1vote, is a powerful two-day gathering for anyone committed to building a more just, democratic economy.

This year’s Symposium is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 2025 International Year of the Cooperative. We’ll bring together movement leaders, worker-owners, organizers, advocates, and allies from across the country—and beyond—for reflection, learning, and collective action.

A few Co-op Columbus members will be in attendance, so let us know if you want to meet up!

In solidarity,

Co-op Columbus Team
