Happy New Year!
2020 is here, and it’s the year that the Closet Tools goes to a new level.
I have so much planned, both for the Closet Assistant and some other secret projects that I think you’re going to love.
Stats
In August 2019, I started keeping track of how much some features get used in the Closet Assistant. Here’s how we used the app in 2019:
- Shares: 125,894,070 (Yes, that’s 125 Million shares!)
- Follows: 14,445,925
- Unfollows: 1,052,552
Those are some pretty incredible numbers. I’m pumped to have saved users that much time throughout the year.
If each of those shares would have taken 1 second each, the Closet Assistant collectively saved users 34971 hours of time (or, just shy of 4 years). Wow!
Here’s a breakdown of how many people use some other features:
- Captcha Alarm: 87.17% of all users.
- Share Limit: 55.64% of all users.
- 2captcha solver: 51.93% of users have the setting enabled, but only 17.93% have and API key added (this makes me think some people don’t know how it works.) If you’re one of those people, check out the 2captcha section in the documentation!
- Custom Share Speed: Just 1.08% of all users. This is an interesting one as well, because I think it definitely allows you to have better control over how you share your items. Once again, if you want to use it, check out the Custom Share Time section of the documentation.
I’m honored to have been able to help so many people make additional sales and save so much time in 2019.
In 2020, I will continue to work to make sure you all can keep crushing those sales and give you the chance to spend time doing other things with your time!
App Updates
Scroll-gate has continued. I still get messages and emails from people saying they don’t know where the additional settings are.
So, I added some custom scrollbars to the app to signal that there’s more content on the tab.
This isn’t fully-supported in the Firefox version of the app, but it should work for all of the Google Chrome + Mobile users.
Some feedback would be good. Does the new scrollbar help? Does it let you know that it’s scrollable? Reply to this email to let me know.
I just pushed out an update. It’s version 1.9.2. It includes a Continuous Limit which allows you to limit the number of times your closet gets shared when you’re using continuous mode.
