Weâre happy to announce that after a few weeks of deliberating and chatting, weâve arrived at a new mission statement for our lovely community:
âWe are a community of practice (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_of_practice) of tech workers that provides support and guidance for systemic change in our organisations and industries, to face the climate crisis.â
Since thatâs quite a sentence, we also have this handy little elevator pitch you can use to describe CAT to other folks if you want:
We are a community of tech workers who want, rapid, far reaching, and unprecedented changes in how we work, to face the climate crisis.
