Hello CATs!

G’day CATs!April is here and Earth Day is fast approaching! Do you have anything planned in your company? Could you do a lunch’n’learn where you talk about possible solutions for the climate crisis (#green-talks (https://climate-tech.slack.com/archives/CSYHAPKMY) has a bunch of good resources for something like that)?

Maybe you could get involved in some CAT Earth Month initiatives and learn about setting up green teams from @Arnaud Gillard (https://climate-tech.slack.com/team/USVT6L62Z) 🌱or you could join the terra.do (https://www.terra.do/) classes to learn about mitigation in the energy sector that @Anshuman Bapna (https://climate-tech.slack.com/team/UT44HUMA7) is offering for free for CAT members ⚡️️. @Heather Baden (https://climate-tech.slack.com/team/URD27PJV8) has put together this neat calendar (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rmr5BqKXVCCn5xs-gf9TMXEjde36lxzRyOwPFDHiY6c/edit?usp=sharing) for you all to see what’s happening when. BUT I also want to point out that it’s ok not to be productive and not to get involved. The times we live in sometimes just don’t allow for enough mental capacity and energy to get stuck into all these things, and we’re aware of that. Don’t beat yourself up about that. Take it as slowly as you need and take you breaks and the space you need.
