Happy Letterer Appreciation Day! Go look at the other letterers. I hate being the center of attention. Hence this newsletter.

Despite one of my bigger, unannounced projects being delayed, the month was still jam-packed full of work. So the summer crunch continues into September…and possibly October. TBD.

On the non-work side, August was a wild month with a lot of ups and downs, but hey, I’m still out here. Highlights included a family reunion, time at The Lake, and enjoying new releases from Phoebe Bridgers, Daniel Mason, and Christopher Nolan. Yes, despite its ahistorical embellishments (particularly the total lack of bluegrass), I loved The Odyssey. It’s the rare 2+-hr. film through which I never felt bored. Not even The Sound of Music pulled that one off. Big feat!

Oh, sorry. I just remembered the newsletter’s on hiatus. Carry on.
