I wanted to send out a quick note to you all to say hi.

Tomorrow (Feb 3rd, 2017) Bandcamp is donating their portion of profits for the day's sales to ACLU and I'm joining in. Currently all my digital releases are Free*/PWYW so I am going to donate a $1 for every free download anyone takes tomorrow. I will also forward 100% any money I receive from you for any release (physical or digital) to the ACLU tomorrow. The ACLU does a lot of great work and I am happy to support them in any way I can. 

On a more local note, for those of you in Chicago I have a show coming up on Feb 24th, 2017. The installation/performance that I have been working on as a Fall Sponsored Artist at High Concept Labs will be premiered. Its called "Walking into an Unfamiliar Place You Already Know". Its a 4-channel work for guitar/bells/xylophone/laptop and audience participation. The performance will last about an hour. For a sample of what it may sound like I've been posting some videos on my instagram account. 


Looking way ahead to March (which honestly is very difficult for me to do right now) the band I'm in with Neil Jendon and Mike Weis called The Mirror of Nature will be having our 3rd ever show. It going to be at  Reggies on March 8th. Info here (facebook) and here.
