Fulton County Marching Band Exhibition Info
The FCMBE is on Saturday, 9/21. The full itinerary and other important information is on the band website.
The band room opens at 1 and students should be prepared to start rehearsal promptly at 1:30.
Students should eat lunch before coming to school and bring a snack to eat at 3pm before the busses leave for Tri-Cities. You won’t have time to eat something again until after the band performs and puts away all their instruments and equipment. Also, avoid dairy food and drink because of the heat, just like at band camp!
Practice on 9/27
Due to logistical and transportation issues and the distance to Chapel Hill HS, the band will not be traveling to the game. Instead, there will be a practice after school from 4 to 6pm.
Cut Time is Real!
You probably got a text or an email this week that says something like:
Amy Kennedy at Centennial High School Band has sent you a link to log in to CutTime.
This is a real message from CutTime and not a tricky spammer trying to get you to buy bitcoin! You can use the link in that email/text to log into CutTime, check your student account, make payments etc.
Band Jacket Orders
We’re taking orders for band jackets until 9/30. These all weather jackets are embroidered with our logo and are a fan favorite. They're black on the outside and "light oxford" on the inside.
Wreath Sale Fundraiser
We’re doing a Holiday Wreath sale with Lynch Creek again and it’s really easy! They sell wreaths, garlands, decor and other items and we don’t have to distribute anything because it gets shipped right to the people that place the order. Use this form to create your profile and join the campaign and it will give you a URL to send to friends, relatives, neighbors, random people at Publix etc and to post on FB, Insta, Threads, Bluesky etc…
