The exhibition is coming up in just 9 days and there’s some fresh information for you in this email!
We still need more volunteers to help chaperone, move equipment etc. It’s a great event and a lot of fun but it’s only possible with your help!
Also, we’ve set up an opportunity for you to pre-order dinner for that night because the concessions at these exhibitions get quite crowded and sometimes run out of food! Ordering will be available until Monday 9/16.
Students should eat lunch before coming to school and bring a snack to eat at 3pm before loading the bus. The full itinerary and other information is available on the band website.
Away Game @ Chattahoochee
We still need a few volunteers for the Chattahoochee game tomorrow night as well. This one is an easy one because it’s so close!
