A short letter to you today:

Powerlifting: Remember how in the previous newsletter, I said I’ll compete in powerlifting when I am 88 or 100 years old? Welp, I law-of-attraction’ed myself. My coaches had subbed me in for an injured athlete and I’m competing MAY 1ST at the Norcal Powerlifting Meet in Concord, CA! I am focused on training for the next two weeks, and will post some clips in the newsletter when it happens.

Journal Zendo: I’ve been working on setting up a new calendar system for Journal Zendo, because the current system is me setting up luma events, which causes a lot of spam notifications for attendees. I’ve also been working on a body of notes about journaling (access to the subconscious, various techniques, relationship to meditation, etc.) I’m psyched about putting it altogether for your perusal, stay tuned! In the meantime, I’m proud of the current streak:
