Dear Ones,

I pre-wrote and schedule-sent this newsletter on Saturday because Sunday’s my powerlifting competition! I aim to write a short piece documenting the experience.

In the meantime, this week I published 2 YouTube videos!

I’m having a lot of fun making videos with friends (like the second video with Louis.) While these videos continue to have serious cringe factor and quality issues,

• I’m learning to churn them out quickly and learn only as much as I need to create the next video.

• I’m also seeing that the #1 issue is still discoverability, since people rarely scroll through YouTube searches.

• My understanding of the algorithm is that it takes 10 videos before YouTube really pushes your content, so I am trying to get to 10 quickly.
