✦ STICKER CLUB NEWS —
Here is the next sticker club design! I'm really proud of this one!! Raven's shiny city perch. 🚦 Transparent areas will be holographic. You have until the 30th of this month to sign up for it if you haven't already!
✦ UPDATES —
Okay! First up is I've changed commission rewards for Mist-tier patrons and above: I'm retiring guaranteed commission slots, and replacing them with a more informal slot priority and a 10% discount for listed commission types. This is because the reward wasn't redeemed often enough to justify holding so much space for it in my newsletters and such, and with increasing obligations over the last months (both in my business and private life), I didn't feel confident offering that guarantee, anymore. I didn't want to abolish a commission reward entirely though, so I'm still keeping a priority of sorts in place for patrons among competing slots. I'm also adding a slight discount - I thought that would be a more appreciated perk than a guaranteed slot, when I haven't made specific calls for commission openings in some time.
(Discounts are not applicable to completely custom commissions; this is because the prices for those are, obviously, individually tailored for each request, so it doesn't make sense to offer one when you have no guarantee that that's what I would charge without the discount in mind, anyway.)
Secondly, and more excitingly: I've launched a spares store for my stickers on Ko-fi!
Here's the link to the store! If you regret missing a sticker or just want extras, I've got a few spares for each month still left. All designs prior to September are currently available; I'll keep adding future ones after a certain buffer period to make sure I don't have any monthly patrons who are missing their copies. Most are around 11-15 in stock left, but some are less than 10 and there's no guarantee I'll ever reprint any of these, so check it out soon!
✦ ART FROM OCTOBER —
I still have things I'm chipping away at, but I wanted to share the fully illustrated version of the sticker design from last month and talk about it a little more.
It's called "Wilaayu naat 'nüüyu", or "I know who I am" in Sm'algya̱x. This is a line from a song that's often shared by one of my Sm'algya̱x language teachers. The song itself is about being strong, not letting things get to us or take us down, and knowing where we come from. The wolf is styled to look like my fursona a bit, and the design carved in its abdomen is an eagle - which is also my crest (Laxsgyiik). This started as just an experiment in incorporating more explicit anthro imagery in my stickers which I've been wanting to do more of, and ended up becoming a really nice piece uniting my Tsimshian lineage with how I represent myself as a furry artist.

I almost forgot - I also did a formline art trade with a Wet'suwet'en mutual of mine, Telekitnetic! They asked on Bluesky if any of their mutuals would want to do a trade for a formline piece from them, and I took them up on it since I love their work and thought this would be a really sweet idea, especially as the only furry formline artists that I personally know of, haha. If you like my work, I really recommend checking them out too! They have some fresh merch they just dropped on their store, like a couple acrylic pins, prints, and keychains.
