(new post: newsletters) January Art Newsletter!
Wayi 'niit everyone! Ama Su K'ooł (happy new year)! Hope everyone has had a peaceful holiday season. This has been a really crazy year for my art and my livelihood. Let's get into it!
✦ STICKER CLUB NEWS —
Here's the first sticker of 2025 - sparks fly. ✨ The sticker will have a soft holographic effect. You've got until the 31st of this month to pledge for this one, if you haven't already!

✦ MISC —
Been fairly quiet in terms of finishing art or writing blog posts this month, so no updates on that for now. But I'd like to talk about how this last year has been for me career-wise.
2024 was the year that I've had the most growth for sure, in terms of my Patreon and sticker and print sales. I broke over 120 combined followers + patrons, and over 60 of you are paid members specifically. That's a huge success! If I count people that pledged and then cancelled, the complete number of unique paid patrons I've had would probably get pushed to a little over 70. I also opened my sticker overstock store to a really good reception - better than I ever could've expected. I feel very fortunate to have so many people who are interested in my work, whether it's to get a little bit of art in the mail, to have a peek at my process every so often, or even just to receive these newsletters and keep in touch. A lot of artists don't have that stability and I truly feel blessed that what I do is worth following or paying for, in my audience's eyes. Truly, 'ap luk'wil nt'oyaxsism (thank you all so much).
2024 was also a big year in terms of private commissioned work. I designed my first-ever mural that was shown at a private event in Texas and wrapped up work on some album art for Foxes on the Run, both projects that I'm very proud of still. There's still one major thing I'm working on that I'm not at liberty to disclose yet, but I hope to share more about soon!
I'm very proud of the artistic growth I had last year. I've pushed my stylistic influences, tried to broaden my subject matter, and find more creative ways of mixing my different approaches to art. As much as it can be difficult to exist in the general societal climate that we do now, one thing I really enjoy about being alive in this time is being surrounded by so many incredibly skilled people who post their work for easy access online. I feel like every week, I see a piece of art that makes me stop, stare, and reconsider how I approach something in my own work. I hope that my work can keep evolving alongside everyone else in 2025, getting even weirder and even more thoughtful. I'll keep chugging along.
Ła sabaat - that's all. Thank you as always, and happy and safe 2025 🧡🎇
