November 19 @ 3:45-5pm Learn about Going Solar Workshop at Fairbrook United Methodist Church

Join us and other local houses of worship, small businesses, and non-profits for a conversation about implementing solar on your commercial property. A short tour of the ground mounted solar panels will be at 3:45pm with the workshop starting at 4:00pm. Learn from two houses of worship about their process for going solar and the financial benefits. Local solar installers will be there to answer any technical questions. November 20 - 22 Sustainable PA Conference at the Penn Stater

Join the us at the 2024 Sustainable PA Conference where the PA Municipal League explores the theme ‘Assessing and Addressing Resiliency’. This year, it will feature keynote speakers from the vibrant sustainable host community of State College, PA, who will share their groundbreaking insights and experiences. December 12 @ 5-7pm Sustainable Communities Collaborative Expo at State College Borough Municipal Building

Join Penn State Sustainability, in partnership with State College Borough, for the regular end-of-semester celebration of the extraordinary student work among classes participating in the Sustainable Communities Collaborative (SCC). Learn about collaborative student projects with local community organizations that help advance our sustainability goals. Refreshments will be provided. Free and open to all!
