Covid Conscious Families Resilience Toolkit with Harriet

The dates are in for Harriet’s Covid Conscious Families Resilience Toolkit Programme!

From Harriet: ā€œI’m running a group specifically for those who are navigating the pandemic as a family/ whilst caring for children. There are so many nuances, complexities and conflicting needs. Parenting/ caregiving is challenging enough even outside the polycrisis and pandemic denialism.

This isn’t a space to discuss or compare covid precautions, instead a space to connect, resource and feel less isolated.ā€

  • Weds 18th March, 10.30am-12pm UK time

  • Weds 25th March, 10.30am-12pm UK time

  • Weds 4th April, 10.30am-12pm UK time

PAY WHAT YOU CAN. Previously I offered sessions on a donation-basis, but I had feedback that it would be more helpful to have suggested rates so that people could judge what is financially accessible for them. So we are moving to a ā€˜pay what you can’ model. This hopefully also makes the sessions more sustainable for us to run.

SUGGESTED RATES:

  • FREE - Ā£0 / €0 / $0

  • ACTUAL COST - Ā£60 / €70 / $80

  • SOLIDARITY - Ā£30 / €35 / $40

  • PAY IT FORWARD - Ā£120 / €140 / $165.

We trust your judgement on which rate is accessible to you, and no questions will be asked. If you prefer to pay somewhere between the suggested rates or have any questions then please let us know.

Covid Conscious Resilience with Julia

Julia will be running a 3-week Covid Conscious Resilience series for anyone still taking precautions against covid-19 and who wants to build up our collective resilience so we can keep caring for ourselves and each other and protect our shared humanity.

What do we mean by ā€œcovid-consciousā€ in our offerings?

From Harriet: The 'covid conscious' part of this programme is not educational but more community-based.

We will not be teaching about covid safety and do not have expertise in this area.

Instead, the 'covid conscious' element provides context for understanding how the stress of navigating the ongoing pandemic (and facing covid denialism) might be showing up, and how we might support ourselves and our communities through this.

We also hope it can offer you a small sense of relief knowing that you will be coming into a space where you know that everyone there recognises and acknowledges the ongoing pandemic.

Thanks so much for being here as this work from our collective is emerging.

If you have specific questions or concerns or requests, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

You can contact us via this shared email address, or if you want to speak with one of us specifically you can explore the links below for our contact details.

Love and solidarity

Harriet, misha & Julia
