he runs 15 Claude sessions like Starcraft units

Boris Cherny helped build Claude Code. So when he described his workflow, people listened.
He runs 10-15 AI sessions simultaneously. Some explore the codebase. Some implement features. Some debug. He manages notifications, not screens - sessions signal when they need him.
"It feels more like Starcraft than traditional coding."
10-20% of sessions get abandoned. He doesn't care. Eight completed parallel sessions still beat one sequential session every time.
This is a different skill. Commander, not craftsperson.
P.S. What's the most Claude sessions you've run at once - and what broke first, the workflow or your attention?
