15 hours of prep down to 5

Alex had been DMing the same D&D campaign for five years. Five years of NPCs, plot threads, and "what was that shopkeeper's name again?" Fifteen hours of prep for four hours of play. He loved the game. He wanted to quit anyway.
Then he tried something different - trained an AI on his entire campaign history. Every session summary, every character backstory, every bit of lore.
Now he can ask mid-session questions and get answers he'd forgotten himself. Prep dropped to 5 hours. Quality went up.
P.S. Running a long campaign? Reply with your biggest lore-tracking headache - I read every one.
