A small update with a few things you actually asked for.

Cats Lock 1.1.0 is on the Mac App Store today. It's a free update for anyone who already bought the app.

What's new

• Lock from any app. Your unlock shortcut now works system-wide, so you can lock the keyboard without bringing Cats Lock to the foreground first. This was the #1 thing people wrote in about.
• Customize your shortcut. Don't love ⌘L? Record your own combo in Settings.
• Hide from Dock. Optional menu-bar-only mode. No Dock icon, no Cmd+Tab presence.
• Prevent sleep while locked. Keeps the display awake so the overlay stays up if you step away from the desk.

A few smaller things

• First-time Stealth Lock shows a quick "here's what to expect" so it's not a surprise.
• Launch at Login now boots quietly into the menu bar instead of opening the app window on every login.
