Wazzzaaaap!

I hope your week was a good one! I had a blast this weekend at Pokémon Go Fest and I'm riding that high through the week. Let's go!

Something that interested me this week

I had a busy week this week, starting with a panel discussion about jobs on the r/webdev Discord, did some podcast recordings, and also did my usual Thursday stream! Something that changed it up though: After my stream, I jumped over to Gonzalo Pozzo's stream afterwards... in Spanglish! We had been talking for a while about doing a stream where he spoke Spanish and I spoke English (we both understand the other language). It was a really fun time!

Built for developers, Sensible gives you complete control and visibility over how you parse your documents. There's no black-box ML model to wrangle with and no need to label thousands of training data points. With Sensible, you can build document parsing into your application in one afternoon, using just one reference document.

Sensible is helping companies in insurance, lending, logistics, real estate, and more automate their document-based workflows.

Interview question of the week

Last week, I had you return if an IP address is in a given range! Great work Gabor, Jesper, Dominic, Augustin, Tan, Leyan, Ten, Daniel, Andrew, Ben, Jay, Les, Craig, and Ivana, Rafael!

This week's question:
Given an unsorted array of integers and a number n, find the number of continuous subarrays having sum exactly equal n. Return -1 if none exist.

Example:

$ subarraySum([10 , 2, -2, -20, 10], -10)
$ 3 // arr[0...3], arr[1...4], arr[3...4]
