Hi friends,
I hope you had a safe week. It was another tough one full of folks standing up for what's right, and I'm personally hoping that the momentum leads towards lasting change. Until then, lots to read.

This was another very busy week of protests and politics in the US, but progress is slowly being made. The Black Lives Matter movement is stronger than ever, and it's an excellent time now to sign petitions, donate, and make your voice heard. Remember, you can't say "All Lives Matter" if Black lives don't matter!
On my end this week, I helped build the site for the Netlify Donation Matching Program to get donations towards several organizations matched, which was really exciting to work on! I love working for a place that really puts their words into actions. Outside of everything happening in the world, I started playing Civilization for the first time (Civ VI was free and I nabbed a copy) and hoo boy... it is very fun. I'm addicted.

Last week, I had you check if a number is a power of 2. Great work Corey, Selcuk, Jasper, Matt, Ali, Shobhit, Sameer, James, Ten, Dan, Jake, Collin, Behrooz, Roman, Gino, Anna, Spencer, and re:fi.64!
This week's question:

I got a new pair of gloves today, but they’re both "lefts," which on one hand is great, but on the other, it’s just not right.
That's all for now, folks! Have a great week. Be safe, make good choices, and don't play Civ after 10pm.
Special thanks to Gabor, Stephen, Louis, and Tom for supporting my Patreon and this newsletter!
