I got LASIK this week! It is very weird typing this without glasses on right now. It happened kind of quickly. My sister (hi Cami!) got it recently and convinced me I should check it out, and less than a week after my consultation, it happened! I had 0 pain at all, the whole procedure was finished for both eyes in about 5 minutes, and... here I am, with good vision. I'm still healing a bit, but wow, it's wild to think that I'll not have to adjust glasses on my face anymore.
In other news, we launched the new OSS Capital website this week! We still have some tweaks to make and we plan on open sourcing the repo (it's built with Remix and Strapi), but it's exciting to get something launched.
This week's sponsor is Netlify!

Last week, I had you find the intersection between two lists. This was a toughie! Great job Gülşah, Miguel, Eric, Ryan, Jagadish, Lucien, Aodhan, Nathan, Dan, Saad, Karla, Nicole, Don, Hristiyan, Ivana, Constant, Amine, Olumide, Ten, and Hristiyan!
This week's question:
Given an integer n
, count the total number of 1
digits appearing in all non-negative integers less than or equal to n
.
Example:
> numberOfOnes(14)
> 7 // 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14

There is a fine line between the denominator and the numerator.
(only a fraction of people will find this funny)
That's all for now, folks! Have a great week. Be safe, make good choices, and blink regularly!
