The Case for JPEG XL
It was really strange this week on social media and in the tech space. I feel awful for friends and strangers I’m seeing getting laid off, and watching the weirdness that is Twitter (and everyone scrambling to find a space on the internet if it ends up going down the drain). If you were laid off, or know someone, I’ve been tweeting asking for folks who are hiring, and there’s luckily a lot of resources out there! Please let me know if I can help somehow.
In other news, our latest episode of The Dev Morning Show (at night) came out this week, featuring Brian Rinaldi! He writes the Jamstacked Newsletter and runs the free meetup/conference series cfe.dev, check those out while you listen!
Wamy.Cloud is a modern tool for testing automation.
How do you test your JavaScript UI projects? You may have heard of Selenium and others, and avoid using them because of the complexity of infrastructure, code, and usage. That is why we created Wamy!
Wamy will help you create end-to-end automated tests for your project, with no setup or code required! It supports logging in, screenshots, PDF generation, DOM validation, UX, accessibility tests, and more, with everything integrated with your favorite CI tools like GitHub, Travis, AWS CodeBuild. It’s easy to use and set up, give it a try here, and request a demo account under the “Contact Us” section!
Last week, I had you print ASCII printable characters! Great job Will, Zoé, Ryan, Andy, Tamás, Chase, Max, Amine, Muhammad, Saad, Josh, Brian, and Ten!
This week’s question:
Given a positive integer n
, return all of its anti-divisors. Anti-divisors are numbers that do not divide a number by the largest possible margin (1 is not an anti-divisor of any number). More information here!
Example:
> antidivisor(1)
> []
> antidivisor(3)
> [2]
> antidivisor(5)
> [2,3]
> antidivisor(10)
> [3,4,7]
> antidivisor(234)
> [4,7,12,36,52,67,156]
