This week was one of those weeks where you have no idea what day it is, but you get through it anyway. And I loved it. I read books, played games, coded on side projects, and hung out with friends and family!
In an attempt to rebuild my blogging habits, I wrote up a little roundup of 2022 here! I am not usually one to make too many huge goals for a new year, but my small ones this year are to write more, read more, and maybe get a push-up done at some point.
Thank you for reading this and being around this year and now. I’ve loved reading your replies, seeing your clever coding answers, and being able to chat with y’all!
No sponsor this week (the economy, amirite), BUT we have some folks looking for jobs! Reach out to them! Some folks who are looking for gigs aren’t able to publicly say so. If you’re hiring, please share that you are here.

This week’s question:
Given an array of integers arr
and an integer n
, return a subarray of arr
of length n
where the sum is the largest. Make sure you maintain the order of the original array, and if n
is greater than arr.length
, you can choose what you want to return.
Example:
> maxSubarray([-4,2,-5,1,2,3,6,-5,1], 4)
> [1,2,3,6]
> maxSubarray([1,2,0,5], 2)
> [0,5]
