As promised, a sweet lil’ animation meet-up in the park to kick us off for the summer 🌼

CAR TUNE invites you to come on down to Blanket Town in Trinity Bellwoods from 2-5PM on Saturday, July 13! What is Blanket Town you may ask? It’s a place we build together 🌳

Practically speaking, it’s when you lay down a patchwork of as many blankets as you can get your hands on and have a chill one under the trees! Bring the blankets you aren’t afraid to get a little dirt on, and all the animators you know, and get yourselves down to the south-east end of Bellwoods where we’ll have snacks, drinks, music and board games to while away the afternoon. Everyone and their kids, leashed pets and mothers are welcome. Bringing your own games, snacks, reusable food receptacles and fancy portable park seating is all good too. But most importantly: blankets.

Accessibility: This event is free. Trinity Bellwoods is accessible by foot, bike and wheelchair, however the ground at the event site is grassy and naturally uneven. The site has tree coverage which provides partial shade. There will be water available. Attendees who do not want to sit close to others are not required to do so. We request that all attendees be respectful of others personal space and belongings. Keep an eye on CT social media closer to the event for any weather-related updates.
