We Funded!

we even got the fancy book

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this kickstarter! We funded before we even hit the halfway mark, and we hit several awesome stretch goals.

ACHIEVED! $16,000: PAY RAISE! All of the authors will receive another 1¢ per word, raising their rates to 8¢ per word. 

ACHIEVED! $18,000: MORE ARTWORK! At this level, Lisa and Evan will create two more art pieces, as well as receive a pay raise.

ACHIEVED! $20,000: EXCLUSIVE PDF: James Lowder's prequel to "The Crooked Smile Killers," entitled "The Night Chicago Died," will be illustrated by Richard Pace and released to backers as an exclusive pdf. 

ACHIEVED! $22,000: DELUXE FORMAT: This is a biggie. If we hit this stretch goal, we will be adding foil stamping to the cover and spine, deckled edges, and a ribbon bookmark to the printed edition of GENIUS LOCI.

So not only do the writers (me) get more dollars, the artists get more dollars, AND we get the fancy book! And hey a bonus story in PDF so that's pretty rad!
