Carl Bindman Gets a Real Newsletter, plus Discount Show Tickets

The Carl Bindman Newsletter

Hello again!

Well, it's time. I've finally upgraded my informal newsletter to a Serious Thing after inadvertently starting an arms race in the NYC theatre community. I refuse to countenance the possibility that the growing number of my peers using newsletters to communicate with their networks actually has nothing to do with me, so don't even suggest it.

Anyway, it's me, hi, I'm Carl Bindman, and you're receiving this because you've received other emails from me, and also we've worked together or studied together or been in the same room once. Networking is my passion.

The Main Thing: Discount Tickets to my Show

I'm in a show, The Dastardly Thornes v. The Town of Goldhaven. That much you may know; but did you also know that we've opened in previews? And that our official run starts this Saturday, July 29th, at The Brick in Williamsburg? And that it's, like, really good?

Oh, you knew all that. I see. Well then, uh, allow me to entice you with some hidden knowledge: we have discount codes for $10 preview tickets and $15 full run tickets. Email me for those. You deserve it.

The Secondary Thing: Photography

Look at this picture I took of the World Trade Center. Pretty neat, pretty evocative, I think. You can actually hire me to take neat, evocative, and dare I say pretty pictures of your shows (or megastructures). This is an ad for myself.

That's it. Thanks for reading. Email me back if you like; tell me if you've got any cool projects going on as well, I'd love to hear about them. And I hope to see you at Goldhaven!

Cheers, best, merci,

Carl
