You can now add tags to URLs

Dear all the Pro URL Builders,

Version 2.2 of URL Builder Pro contains a-much-asked-for feature: tags! Shoutout Ryan, Lindsey, Colin, John, and Matt for playing a part in requesting or testing this new feature!

Adding tags to users and tickets

• You can now analyze URL usage by creating reports and filters based on tags
• Simply add "tags": ["tag-one","tag_example_two"] to your settings
• Now when an agent clicks a link, the tags will be added to the ticket/user!
