Zendesk is about to remove 6 features

Zendesk made an announcement. It covers which apps they will be removing in a couple months. Here’s a link to check it out.

If you are a customer service lead, reading that article will keep you updated on some of the functionality you’ll be losing.

Also- you’ll notice some new updates and features soon. I’d like to know which features we should focus on, so do you mind if I ask what do you use our apps for?
