Performing at Chicago’s newest record store
Good morning friends!
I’m writing to invite you to a special performance at Artifact Records this Sunday, August 31 from 2 PM to 4 PM.
The Tommy Carroll Trio will be performing a couple sets of all original compositions. We’ll be doing some old stuff, some medium stuff, and some very exciting new stuff! I’ve had a bunch of short-term creative projects these past three years, and now I’m feeling the best lessons and music from those projects forming something very cohesive. Time truly is the greatest currency. You cannot rush the creative process.
Artifact is a great new record store in Logan Square. Jon the owner has an awesome collection of vinyl and tapes, and has been a great partner in getting this event off the ground.
Come browse the selections while listening to some invigorating music.
