Current and upcoming shows

Happy Halloween!

This is my first update from Buttondown, so please keep an eye out for any glitches, mark as not spam if you find it there, etc. This should only be reaching you if you confirmed subscription through the previous platform, which is a very exclusive club, but spread the word?

Authenticity, a queer group show in Easton, PA, in which I have three Beloved Monsters, moved to the International Fusionism Museum for the foreseeable future.

I will at some point, probably in about a month, go take the paintings down. Beloved Monsters catalogs are also available at Book & Puppet and through my shop.

I have a painting in LIC-A & CultureLab’s annual holiday affordable art show Off the Wall. Lots of good company and gifting ideas to check out here.
16x16in oil on hemp painting of whirling wheels of rainbow eyes and 8 wings in a color wheel, hovering in front of a counter with a circular mirror and rack of eyeglasses and also holding some glasses.
It’s “Biblically Accurate Angel Trying on Glasses at a Warby Parker Type Store” from my Analog Imagination project in which I illustrate your verbal prompts without reference. All works in the show are direct purchase so if you’re interested in buying this just ask me.

I’ve sort of let Analog Imagination lapse, with one last anonymous prompt half illustrated. If you have an exciting new one to submit, please be patient and don’t expect a painting out of it for a few months.

I've been making progress on this year's monthly color-mapped painting cycle of android pinups, Lunoids, with the goal of distributing a calendar in December. The best way to pre-order those, and any prints, is still Kickstarter. Here’s the most recent, a Pyrrole Orange firefighting bot:

An angular orange humanoid robot with blue and green interior wiring poses in a heroic kneel, one fist on its forehead and one on its hip, in a flaming landscape.
81C3P, Lunoid 10, October 2025, oil on canvas, 36x36in.

Also in orange, a self portrait from July:

Realistic painting of a white woman in 3/4 view from the waist up, with dark hair in a pixie cut and a bright orange blouse with a black septum ring, wearing a bright blue glove and holding a paintbrush, in front of blue Lunoids. Her eyes are wide open.
Self Portrait Under Fascism, 2025, oil on canvas, 19×31in

As flagged by the protective glove, I am currently in the midst of a surrogate pregnancy and that will affect my creative energy and productivity in unpredictable ways until next May. I’m mainly focused on finishing Lunoids as pledged. You can always support my work, get prints and high-res images, and see more regular and detailed updates through my Patreon.

Thanks for looking and don’t be a stranger!
