Performio Q2 RevNews | July 1, 2023

.................................................................

Welcome to the RevNews, which, if you've forgotten is a quarterly newsletter of everything that's been going on in the Revenue and Marketing Orgs, written by the teams supporting, for you to stay up-to-date.

As always, if you are interested in contributing or have suggestions for future editions, let us know!

Let's go!

.................................................................

Enablement and Marketing Requests

This is the official launch of the Enablement and Content Intake Request Form!

We love all the ideas for content/assets and Enablement! As we continue to grow, we want to make sure these requests are being prioritized and we're able to communicate timelines for completion. No idea is too small, so please be sure to bookmark the link above and send over your ideas!

Q2 Wins/New Logos

The momentum continues to build! We achieved our Q2 sales targets and want to take a moment to thank everyone at Performio for the support!

Thank you for all the cross-functional support helping us bring in new customers! Now onto Q3 and the 2H!

GTM Teams in Denver!

They say "the best" at any trade are life-learners, students of their craft... consistently immersing themselves in new and uncomfortable situations and persevering to achieve improved skills and higher success.

With lofty second half revenue and retention goals in front of us, July 17-19 the GTM Team (AE, AM, SE, BDR, CS) and Management will be getting together in Denver CO to continue our pursuit of learning and development.

During this event, the GTM teams will strategize on ways we can all better support the customer journey with Performio!

.................................................................

We've had a great quarter, learning and Enablement have become part of our sales DNA and we're continuing to see the results!

Let's keep it going and finish the year strong!

.................................................................

Customer Storytelling

Being able to share customer use cases through compelling storytelling is a critical skill for sales. This quarter we went deeper into the Enablement that is helping tell better Customer Stories. Here's a link to Christin Campbell sharing her story about Itamar:

Our Industry Footprint continues to expand and this quarter we launched our Banking and Manufacturing Blueprints!

Shoutout to Gosia, Brandon and Christian for helping support the execution of this Enablement, the team walked away understanding the key aspects of the Banking Industry and why Performio has such high success selling to banks:

  • ICM in Banking and Why Performio for Banks</em />

  • Selling to Banks and Banking Case Studies

  • Buyer Personas and our Marketing Assets to Support

SalesHood Huddle put their learning to the test, and the team delivered two related pitches; Banking Industry Elevator Pitch and a Banking Story. (Check out these links for team submissions!)

We've kicked off Manufacturing this week and will be doing further Enablement in July.

.................................................................

Starting this quarter we kicked off our Competitive Intel program and are continuing to build our muscle!

During our Enablement sessions we prepared to knockout CapIQ, Xactly, and Varicent!

SPIFF is next on the block! Take a look at the Competitive Intel Page in the resources below.

Competitive Enablement never ends, we will continue to revisit these, and new, competitors quarterly to better understand what they are doing and how we continue to competitively differentiate ourselves!

Resources: CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, SPIFF

.................................................................

Coming Soon!

Q3 is going to be all about the fundamentals and it all starts with Discovery! The more we've focused on the prospect and their business, the more it's allowed us to go deep and build strategic partnerships.

  1. It establishes credibility and value to their team.

  2. Helps us understand their company, people, issues and challenges.

  3. Develops a POV and allows us to articulate Performio's value and the potential impact.

  4. Understand the process and plan to drive toward a desired outcome for the prospect and us.

Sales will also be getting deeper into Product Enablement and helping our teams deliver on the value of Performio.

Working with Dmitri and the product team we will enable the field on our roadmap and vision for AI. How it will impact the category, the levers it can drive and why, and our vision of how we are innovating AI in the product.

.................................................................

RevOps Help Case Queue

Starting in Q3, all RevOps help requests will be going through an SFDC queue to help Jonah better support the field.

Submit cases directly in SFDC and Jonah will reach out to discuss further and prioritize. More detail in upcoming Revenue Enablement Call in July.

Consolidated SFDC Process and Reporting Glossary

RevOps and Sales are completing a 'SFDC Glossary' which will include process guides, dashboard and report links, and other guidance tailored to each role. More to come!

"What If" Calculators in Performio

AE and AM calculators are now live in Performio! BDR coming soon! Want to know how hypothetically a deal will potentially impact your commission? Try the new calculator!
