Happy Spring!

How were the first three months of 2026 for you? My Q1 of 2026 felt slow and a bit of a slog. But when I took stock of what I did, I’m grateful I spent this time finishing my work and laying the foundation for the next big thing.

Sure, I had no big meetings, opps, or accolades. BUT I did finish two drafts of my supernatural comedy feature and a romance vertical sample, and took a class on how to sell a TV pitch.

I launched into April with script requests, a few Black List script downloads, and intro emails and meetings with vertical contacts. This past week made the last three months feel a little less “sloggy.”

Next up, I’m polishing a pilot and developing a rom-com idea.

I also have lots of Substack and social media catch-up to do.

Some Spring Cleaning
I gave my coaching offerings a bit of a makeover to reflect current booking trends and my clients' needs. For now, I’m taking a break from offering multiple-session packages.

Sessions are now 90 minutes, so we have plenty of time to dig deep.

Morning sessions are now available.

Evening and weekend sessions are available upon request.

Either a free follow-up or a discount on a second session is offered.

During our time, we'll discuss "Glows and Grows" aligned with your priorities and intentions. Together, we’ll probe deeper into your protagonist's internal and external wants, their arc from the first to the last page, structural beats, tone, theme, formatting, story engine, logline and comps, and how your pilot launches your show idea. We could also begin to work on the rewrite together during our session. In addition to a recording of our conversation, you'll receive written feedback and a plan for your next draft, including prompts to help you further develop your story. You'll also receive 30% off a follow-up rewrite session.
