WRISE PDX (Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy) annual Energy Empowerment Event during PNW Climate Week.

July 16, 5-8pm - Third Thursday on Mississippi Ave. Special vender pop ups and giveaways!

July 19, 8:30am - PBOT is organizing an e-bike ride to attempt earning the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the Largest Electric Bicycle Party and Ride.

July 25, 10:30am-12pm - Albina Vision Trust Walking Tour for Boise Neighborhood Association (RSVP here). Sign up is required due to limited space. Join us to walk a portion of the district with AVT staff and get an on-the-ground look at the opportunities and challenges ahead in the restorative redevelopment of Lower Albina. Meet at AVT HQ, 2156 N Williams Ave.

Have an overabundant fruit tree? Hop on the Portland Fruit Tree Project website and register your fruit tree for a harvest—or drop off harvested fruit using our easy, DIY, at-your-convenience process. Then we'll get the fruit out to the community!portlandfruit.org/share/


BEH Elementary school supply drive - Donate here by Aug 4 to help First AME Zion Church buy school supplies. They will give away 200 backpacks at the End of Summer event on Aug 8.

  • FREE training that will provide you with the core skills you need in order to respond safely and effectively to multiple types of hazards.

  • Training is ~28 hours provided by PBEM.
