Heads up on Limited Edition Variant Cover

Who doesn't like a bit of scarcity, right?

Hi,

I hope you’re well!

Our ‘The Thing on the Doorstep Part One’ Kickstarter is going great guns, thank you to everyone who’s supported us! As a member of our VIP Newsletter, I wanted to let you know about a new limited edition version which will be going live later!

Limited Edition Variant Cover

Later today, around 6pm, we'll be adding a limited edition variant cover, drawn by Willi Roberts, to the add-ons available. There will only be 100 printed, and we're not adding a specific reward tier for them - they will just be another add-on that you can select via Kickstarter.

The variant cover will be signed by me, and numbered out of 100. They will cost £12 each and be limited to 1 per backer.

Also, reviews!

Reviews

I've updated the campaign page with the reviews we've had in so far, and wanted to send them out to you directly.

  • "It has Netflix written all over it and it’s great to see such strong Scottish talent working at a level comparable with Tynion or Bunn." Big Glasgow Comic Page

  • "A slow sense of horror creeps in throughout the comic with little moments of terrifying imagery keeping us readers on our toes and delightfully ill-at-ease." The Newest Rant

  • "Beautifully crafted, delightfully menacing, and peppered with moments of sheer horror, The Thing on the Doorstep is a wonderful Lovecraftian tale which sinks it’s teeth in early and doesn’t let go." Super Serious Comics

  • "Wow! After finishing off reading this first part I immediately want to read more. It is a fantastic beginning to a chilling story and this first part lays the groundwork for what is to come." 3 Million Years

Suffice to say, I'm pretty chuffed with the response so far!

Speak soon and stay safe!

Simon
