On robins & hope
Hi there.
In her book Wintering, Katherine May writes this about robins:
[Robins] are the cheerleaders of the bird family. They have a habit of appearing when you’re at a low ebb, as if to encourage you onwards by reminding you that there is some magic left in the world.
I love this reminder to pay attention to the small things that hold meaning for us.
It’s easy to forget in the depths of winter.
What does this have to do with newsletters? Nothing or everything, depending on how you see it.
If you’re feeling bogged down in winter, if you’ve lost a sense of magic or possibility, if you’re needing a bit of cheerleading, perhaps your readers are, too.
Maybe you can help?
Keep writing,
Camille

I write this newsletter to support other newsletter writers, because I know how much of a difference it makes and how hard it can be to keep writing. Remember: write regularly, sound like yourself, and focus on sending things that matter to your readers. If you haven’t already, please check out my book: Write Better Newsletters.
