Still watching: TikTok's Shopping Assistant, Gap Inc.'s conversational shopping agents for Old Navy and Banana Republic, and the ChatGPT Sponsored Agents from Wayfair and Angi have so far drawn only launch coverage, with no independent hands-on reviews. We'll report back when testing appears.
