Reception & review findings
Launched 2 days ago (September 2026): No independent reviews or user-level sentiment turned up for Stübben's new HubSpot Customer Agent deployment. The only account so far is HubSpot's own customer story, quoting Stübben's Head of Marketing, Max Bolten: the agent "makes people feel welcome by responding right away. Even when it can't answer, it greets you. Often, it solves the problem on the spot," and "responds instantly to pricing and trial questions, accelerating the path to purchase." One wrinkle: that HubSpot page appears to date to around May 2025, predating our own Sept 22 detection — suggesting the deployment itself is older than when we first caught it, not brand-new. No disclosure yet of what model powers it or exactly how it escalates to a human. Sentiment: mixed (positive account, but company-sourced only).

- Meta Muse is having an eventful first few weeks: 642,000 daily active users in its first 12 days (versus 231,000 for ChatGPT at the same point after its own launch) and 900,000+ downloads in six days, hitting #1 free app on both the US iOS App Store and Google Play. But the week also brought real friction — a Meta executive conceded Muse was "heavily inspired" by China's viral OpenClaw agent, and security researcher Patrick Wardle disclosed a local macOS zero-day ("not-a-mused") letting an unprivileged process hijack Muse's dictation traffic and potentially its account access. Sentiment: mixed — record-breaking growth, alongside a live security flaw and an imitation controversy. Sources: Bloomberg, Fortune, The Register.
- Sierra picked up AIUC-1 certification — an independent safety/trust audit — on Sept 17, and used its Sierra Summit event to launch eight new products including Agent Studio 2.0 and multimodal agents that combine voice, text and visuals in one conversation. Sentiment: positive, steady product cadence with no new controversy. Sources: Sierra, TechCrunch.
