TO BE HELD IN PERSON AT NUMBER ONE MARKETPLACE, BISHOP AUCKLAND DL14 7NJ ON FRIDAY 14 NOVEMBER 2025 AT 7.00 PM

The meeting space is available from 6.30pm for networking and refreshments.

1.    CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS 

2.    RETIREMENT & ELECTION OF DIRECTORS.

One third of our Directors must retire each year according to our constitution and are eligible to stand for re-election.

Nominations are also invited from existing members to join the Board of Directors.

Nominations in writing from active members qualified to vote must be sent to the Company Secretary by e-mail to gillian.campbell@bishopfm.net by Friday 7 November, 2025.

This must be accompanied by confirmation of agreement from the member nominated stating their willingness to be elected.

Members wishing to vote at the AGM or nominate a new Director must be an active member having paid their annual subscription for 25/26.
